Myself got separated from my ex wife in year mid of 2010. The lady has filed a complaint to DCP office in Delhi and state that she has continuous fighting with the husband. However no need to take any action until she desire. So no action taken by Delhi police till date and no information i got from Delhi Police.
Now after separating in 2010, she moved to one city and then finally settled in Other city in 2011 onwards. Now in year 2012 i have filed a case of divorce on cruelty and desertion ground and whose decision came in my favour as divorced since 01.07.2014 on cruelty ground.
I have recording proofs that she has done physical violence with me.
She is filing 498A now, SO 498 A is maintainable or not at this stage.
Moreover i have her lawyer notice itself which states that i have not took any dowry being court marriage.
Please advise
