I have filed petition for quashing 498a case at Karnataka HC based on MOU signed both the parties on 1.12.15. HC website showing the case no is still waiting as admission stage till date. No next date of hearing is showing. What is the reasons behind.

It will take time in HC"s for listing Ur quash petition,keep checking with the concerned court office or the web site.

i am also about to sign this kind of MOU. then who will apply for quashing of 498a, me or ex wife or both needs to be present ?
