498 - Maharashtra public service commission

Sir after wasting my 2.5 years of marriage mess, & lot of hard work I may get selected for MPSC post. I am worried if my wife filed 498a or any other ccriminal case after living separate for 6 months. Presently I am working in state govt., what will be the effect on my present job and prospects about selection by public service commission.?

Pl guide me.

Don’t worry.

You will not lose your job. Get Anticipatory Bail (U/S 438) to be in safe hand.

Please don’t disclose about your new job to anybody. Please change your present address and go to some other jurisdiction and don’t disclose the new address, contact number to anybody so that they can’t make copy service for any new case.

If U R presuming that UR wife would resort to criminal cases,in anticipation immediately apply for AB,U will be on a safer zone.If not once in custody for more than 48 hrs,will lead to suspension in UR present govt job.

However,if the case u/s 498A is filed against U,U can be prevented from joining the job even if selected in MPSC.
