what are the chances of getting quashing under section 482 for remotely stayed relatives who are staying independent for last 25 year and far away from main accused? FIR is file for 406, 420, 498A, 114(3-4) IPC. is there any chance of remand for remotely stayed relatives incorporated by planitif?
