FIR lodged in 2020 against my friend and my friend arrested yesterday it means after one year of investigation police have arrested but police have not got any evidence with related to my friend mean while CMM court rejected bail application if I will seek to approach session court on the basis of IO has arrested after one year before lodging the FIR and the Complainant party in FIR is not a victim can court will grant bail to my friend any judgement is availaBLE IN our county to get out my frined on the basis of above facts I will very thank ful if u advice me I think arnesh kumar vs state of Bihar is totally different case from above point can u guide me what is the appropriate judgement to this point
