i m marred on 28/04/2009 with a girl form rampur uttar pradesh. she commits suicide due to being depressed over her illness. her father filed a false case angainst me and my family member under section 304B/34 IPC, which is under trial we all are on bail yet. Now her father send me a legal notice through a lawyer from uttar pradesh rampur regarding ammanat mein khayanat i think which is related to recovery of stridhan.
My question is this he has legal right over this stridhan and also actully he is demanding too much money which is difficult for me to pay without giving so what should i do now some lawyer advice me to did not recieve that notices send by his lawyer is it ok to do so.
