1. session's court has the power to punish on appeal by the party?

2.if yes, then what is the procedure to get bail from high court for the same?.

1,Sessions do have the power to reverse the decision of lower court. 2, Accused can file appeal in High court for suspension of sentence and to reverse finding of the sessions court.
