24x7 support ; night shift schedule- legal / illegal; IT Establishment / Company;

I am working in an IT company in Mumbai.
We support our client on 24x7 shift basis.
There are total 3 persons supporting the site.
Only two persons are working in shifts, One in General Shift (9:30 to 18:00 hrs= 8.5 hrs) and other in night shift (21:30 to 8:30 hrs= 11 hrs) and
the third person works in general shift on weekdays (9:30 to 18:00 hrs= 8.5 hrs) and has holiday on sunday.

Please find the attached shift schedule.
https://www.4shared.com/file/48964358/b09833f9/FHBWAN-shift_schedule_june_2008_.html

The problem with this schedule is that :-
1)Is it legal that only 2 persons, working in shifts for 24x7 support???
2) On Sundays the two persons working in shift had to work for 12 hrs each.
i.e. 1st person ----8:30 to 20:30
2nd person----20:30 to next day moring 8:30
Instead of 8 hrs we are working for 12 hrs on Sundays and we do not get any charges for working 4 hrs extra (over time)
What can we do about this?? Can we claim for overtime charges?
Is this legal?
3)After 6 working days (2 days+ 4 night shifts) we are getting 2 days leave.
Is this legal?
4) Can anybody suggest any other shift schedule???

Waiting for your replies......

I had insured my father with TTK Health Care Services when he was perfectly alright. But suddenly my father had Liver Cirrohsis problem and was noticed after 2 months of Insurance. Father Expired. But now TTK has deied saying that it was Pre-Exisisting disease and no claim can be made. I stay in Bangalore and the Insurance was made in New Delhi in my Head Office. So i look forward for some help in fighting my case.
