13b rejected

my sister filed 13b with her husband first motion complted. after 6 months during 2nd motion her husband wanted to meet their 6 yrs girl but she denied for that. hence 13b cancelled by hon. judge.
she want divorced. not a single FIR, dowry, maint. lodged by her ever.
please suggest what to do.

Quick Summary
A mutual consent divorce under section 13B was dismissed by the court because the wife denied her husband access to their child during the second motion. The user is seeking advice on how to proceed as their sister wishes to divorce and has no prior complaints against her husband. The recommended course of action is to file an appeal with the High Court.

Mutual consent divorce petition  dismissed by  court on ground that wife didn't  allow husband to see her girl is erroneous and no ground to dismiss petitioon. File appeal before High Cout.

Repetition of same query is absurd and ridiculous.
