138 NI Act

Hello,

Court has disposed the case means some order is passed and you have not challenged the same. So now lot of time has passed. If you have valid reason then court may allow you to challenge the order. 

No, once your complaint under section 138 of NI Act has already been disposed off , you could had filed an appeal to the Court of Sessions. And if you now thinks of filing Appeal then your Appeal shall be subject to law of limitation and probability for condonation of so much delay is less except with strong reason for delay.
