Hi,
My husband is not returning money and gifts given in marriage by my parents by their own wish.
He has attempted suicide for small arguments and now put blame on me .
Lot of mental harrasment like shouting, throwing things here and there but i have no proof for anything.
I have filed 125 crpc for me and child ,but he clearly told to court that he will not give things back as he wants to live with me.
What can I do?

File a police complaint where he will be summoned, conselled and proceeded legally, if do not return articles (including jewelary).
It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

file application for interim maintenance for your self and your child under domestic violence act and in same case you can also file application claiming at jewellery and other properties, further contest to the case of RCR and file application under section 24 claiming litigation expenses
