In the matter of 125 Crpc Family court
Wife quoted my salary Rs.60000 and I just denied the same. (i did not produce my salary slip)
She claimed that she has no source of income and I produced her Employment PF statement showing basic salary which is lower than the in-hand salary.
The judge passed the interim order of Rs.6000 per month after assuming my salary Rs.30-40 thousand (My actual salary is less than 15000/-)
Now I have her salary slip showing actual salary.
How can I reduce/cancel the maintenance order??
If I go for the appeal than can I be allowed to produce mine and her salary slip.???
If any other suggestions pls help.
