Hello,

Housewife can claim maintenance order u/s. 125 of Crpc and u/s. 12 of DV act both. It is for husband to appeal if he so desire.

Maintenance can be claimed under the both provisions, but the quantum of maintenance will be adjusted while deciding the later maintenance by considering the former maintenance.
