125 address issue

one of my sister married in Chandigarh and her marriage is also registered in Chandigarh , but after some time they shifted in Punjab now her all adress is from Punjab , but due to some reason her husband said you get out from my home , after that
she shifted and stay with her friend home and eight month back she filed a case , now her husband advocate given a objection he said she do not have address proof of same location and she can't file the case . please help and suggest

Quick Summary
A woman who registered her marriage in Chandigarh but later moved to Punjab faced an objection regarding her address proof when filing a case. The husband's lawyer argued she couldn't file from Punjab as her address proof was from Chandigarh. However, it was clarified that residence proof isn't always mandatory. If a wife is forced to leave her matrimonial home, her new place of shelter is considered her residential address, and she can file cases from there. A rent deed can serve as address proof, and her friend can provide testimony if needed.
