10th class original memo must?

He can request the court through his advocate to call for the original certificate from the officer where he is employed.  

Let him produce any other proof to prove his date of birth, he can even produce a copy of the birth certificate if he has or the aadhar or pan card or any other valid proof to prove his date of birth if he is not able to produce the 10 standard marks sheet. 

" ......need to prove his age and date of birth and father name ........." The statement is less than convincing!

Anyhow, as already suggested, the employer could be directed through Court to produce the record in their custody.

Let the lawyer of your friend may call for records from his school, municipality or employer to prove his age.
