If you have been using this common passage for your ingress and egress purpose for all these 30 years and if you were denied access then you can file a suit for easement rights and mandatory injunction to restrain them from obstructing your usage.

This my patta land  sir ,after UDR survey car track has been marked in my patta land with measurements but not mentioned In A register.

Nobody using this cartrack inside my patta land sir

Apart from this marked fmb their is a separate road available which is 20feet road.that 20 feet road has been used by public till date.but that road is not marked as car track.

It is noted that car track inside patta land was not used by any public sofar 

Following documents discloses that no car track inside patta land

1.RSR 

2.UDR Village Map

3.UDR manual fmb

4.Sale Deeds(1974 to till date)

5.A Register

Car track is introduced during CLR period I guess .now that car track inside patta land was subdivided as house sites and separate patta has issued by tasildar.

According to 26(15)  car track is defined fmb+a register records or only fmb is enough.

I want to save my land from govt by not taking it as car track kindly suggest.

I filled rti recently for getting my land documents govt officials backend threatening me "during town survey we will destroy your house"

Kindly suggest your opinion.
