Sir I am murali somayajulu from Vizag to have a doubt that whether a law with force on the fundamental rights and its provisions can have do function on own accord or not as I have noticed in several service matters all the employees are approaching courts and begging for law as per article 14 and 16 of Indian constitution cover article 21
