In India everything revolves around Politics and all Politicians are either Liquor contractors or Civil and Road Contractors whose business is only to corner Government Contracts with their Political influence. After the Government Tender is awarded in their /in their family member's companies favour, those companies will take up work awarded to them by Government only certain period and suspend work. Here with their political influence again invoke arbitration clause and get appointed their own retired judge as an Arbitrator and get the Arbitration award in their favour for further price increase of the contract. My feeling is Arbitration is a business or Civil Contractors in India and nothing more.
