Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Shri Raosaheb Patil Danve in a written reply in Lok Sabha informed that all business transaction by consumers, including online transactions, is covered under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and District Consumer Forum, State Commission and National Commission can be approached for resolution of grievances.

Act as such is very good.But payment terms from certain key areas are not permitted by out flow of cash proper.Needs special attention by Banking Industry

The Fringe benefits :As of now no such transactions can be passed on from Pension Account by actual cash payment.Only Banking Industry Neds to make an alternative option.Preferably by means of an authenticated circular.
