Hi
In my group housing society in Noida registered under UP Apartment ownership Act 2010, both president & vice president have resigned and only acting secretary is there to look after day to day work till election are held by Dy. Registrar.
What can be done in this case if election can't be held in near future? Who can become acting president ? Can any ordinary board member become president till election? Please advise. Thanks

The deputy registrar can make arrangements to appoint care taker management which will function till the actual management committee members are elected as office bearers.
