High Court should be done on fast basis and the relevant authorities should fix the time-limit at all judiciary level within which the such cases must be decided.

The trial of high profile cases should be done on fast-track basis and the relevant authorities should fix the time-limit at all judiciary level within which the such cases must be decided because such high-profile persons misuse the liberty and get the things moved as per own convenience. Unfortunately in this great country, no politician never sent to jail nor will ever be sent to jail for whatever crime he/she does. Therefore, Raja's fate is also decied ... nothing will happen to him...rather I would not be surprised if Raja becomes the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu or Prime Minister of this country!!! Our common men are fools and stupids whereas politicians of this country are most intelligent, corrupt, thieves, murderers, rich and famous!!!! Mera Bharat Mahan!!!

It is informed that the Advocate who represented the case has met the judge and wanted to give him mobile stating that mr.Raja is in line and would like to speak to the judge. Now, could we not trace with the mobile number of the advocate as to whether there was any call at the point of time which either dialled or received . I feel that only after finding out the same, we can conclude whether any action could be taken or not. Seniors, your comments please.

It is not Raja committed the contempt. He never spoken to the Judge. If this is the fact. Raja cannot be treated charged for contempt.

I think contempt proceedings not required. However, the Court should have ordered notice (suo motto) to Raja to appear and give explanation on this aspect.

Let us wait for more truth in this issue. However, we need to appreciate the boldness and honesty of the Hon'ble Judge for exposing the facts in the public space. Sooner or later the Judiciary will uphold the Rule of the Law and establish its authority. We need to be patient as the matter is already sub-judice. Let us wait and watch before drawing conclusions to this sensitive poll (query)

The judge should have disclosed the name on the first date it self, now it is not important.

in answer to this question my question is why that judge should not resign who have not take action against the said minister. Why shy such kind of persons allowed to remain in judiciary.
