Small scuffles and problem can be sorted out at their doorstep. Some poors can not travel to cities, due to high expenses, also will save their time, since villagers are actual revenue generators of this country. Thanks

Speedy trial can b covered in fastrack courts, lokadalats, etcc.etc.. so progress in existing courts and law will be more helfpul then the introduction of new Nayalayas.

There are allready additional courts, taluks, districts, metros, so I kink no need.Lawyers are more then the case filings as people are becoming more intelligent to settle case out of court which can fall in such catagory, unavoidable files which need court orders are at court.

In my opinion gram nayalyas are not neccessary,if civil & criminal courts are increased by appointing new judges in district and taluka level it will sufficient for deciding matters fast.

Dear All Experts, in law Houses, 1-Fundamentally the Judge must be fair, honest, clear thinking with crystal clear mind, with out prejudices. 2-He can be very well in Gram Nyayalaya ot any place. 3- there is no assets declation facto use to exist. 4- Humanity is another aspact of the law on major rollsplaying factor. 5- Time should be minimum, and cost along. Let this fact is understood by schedo leaders / parliamentory, law users in their favour/ mocca/moffa,tada,sada,??? g d babu

If Gram Nyayalas are functioning under influence of Political pressures, no need gram nyayalayas.Uneducated and innocent persons may not get justice.

Wont it be difficult for poor persons and illiterates to report their grievance before the dominating, caste based society. Still the worse is we are living with people following UNTOUCHABILITY... wont they be suffered

The concept is good, but it leads to corruption in the juidiciary, already judges are in volved in the corruption, but they are trying to show that they are Mr.Cleans.But some are fair judges still in the juidiciary. Because of these all legal aid programms judges have become public.

in the present scenario i dont think its a good move, let the already established infrastructure be improved first and let there be some major improvements in the existing laws.
