I am not satisfied with the decision of the hon'ble delhi high court. BECAUSE SEC 377 IS NOT VIOLATIVE OF ART.21 OF THE CONSTITUTION. SECTION 377 IS UNNATURAL OFFENCE. ACT UNDER SECTION 377 IS NOT NATURAL THING. IF IT IS NATURAL PHENOMENEON THEN IT IS VIOLATIVE OF ART 21. BUT SEC IS COMPLETELY AGAINST HUMAN NATURE.

Section 377 is needed for the society .Keeping the section as it is and give exception with limitation to LGBT is good for the society and its people. Legalization to sexual disorder or retarded sexual behavior would not provide a dignified life.Giving protection from law enforcement authorities and against discrimination is the obligation of the state. Utilize their capabilities for the development of society and for themselves instead of legalizing the distortion. Polyandry or polygamy can be punished because it is a offence but homosexuality could not considered as offence but that orientation needs to control otherwise it affect the society adversely. Human beings are differently endowed. Give more important to moral and ethics than worldly desire and pleasure.

No need to scrap section 377. It actually needs revision from the judiciary.

We need to have S.377, otherwise there won't be any difference between an animal and human in future. In the USA, 70% people still support having Sodomy laws.

Dear friend Atul.N How do we compare India with the culture/traditions of other countries. If other countries are doing some thing, which effect the very importance of the knitting threads of our our most religious strong Secular, Democracatic Soveriegn State, rewarded to the citizens of India. Our Constitutent Shapers, who framed the Constitution of India perhaps were very intelligient, who assured and kept the diginity of all relegiond faith. Why should WE follow other countries and reengineer the Statues without any fruitful just. Please note that and forget the family system and their best traditions, which binds all Indians, morally, traditionally with atrong ties are various religious institutions andf as such India is known to be a Secular State. Let us not touch the factual strong sences/faiths with the Indian citizes, who themselves have constituted the India as Sovereign, Secular state.

customs & traditions are continuously of great importance on earth among it's inhabitants. Statutory Laws had been enacted basically on existibg customs among multi religios followers. Societies, Groups, Casts, Sub-castes since the day/time human beings are known. In India our Laws still on the pattern of British Law. How and why squashing the Sec. 377 of IPC 1860 has/is devoting so much seriousness in 2009. Murdering of religius beliefs and trading seems to serve no purpose except in it scrappng consequesces, to bering another society clash. No Section 377 need to be revoked for better harmony anmong various religious/social/political groups.
