What is the appropriate procedure to make the contract while appointing teachers in school. Shall we use stamp paper, which one shall we use, (Rs. 20, Rs.50, or Rs.100) can't make out the change. We are planning for condition that the employee has to repay two months salary if wants to quit except for health reasons or other genuine reason of transfer of the guardian if the employee is a female.
And can we deposit their original documents? We want to make it a balanced contract. Please suggest.
