i have filled UPSC and SSC form in year 2013 .......
later i was selected in SPMCIL(PSU with bond 2 lakh for 3 years) in year feb 2014
then i cleared both upsc and ssc written examination held in 2013
and interview is schedulded of both in may 2014......
what should i do?
do i need noc?
whether to inform the department if yes what is the procedure?
and without noc bond is transferable for this case?
please help
