In year 1988 notary agreement with builder for building construction

Respected Sir/Madam,

We purchased land in kalyan, Maharashtra city in 1987. During 1988 we appointed a builder to construct 4-floor building.

He made a building construction agreement  with us on NOTARY.

Queries,

1) AS per our knowledge, NOTARY was valid.. We want to know whether it was valid or not?

2) now we are going for the conveyance deed for CHS... let me know the issues 

3) what is the legal way out to over come from this

 

PLEASE GUIDE US IN THE SAME.

Contstruction agreement either notarised or by a registered document is not a vital issue.

If the construction approval was not obtained to construct 4 floors, then it would be an illegal construction.

thanks for your response...

I would like to know whether NOTARY was valid in 1988. Construction was according to the sanctioned plan.

Most of the  videos and one of my friends say, " Registered Agreement is compulsory."

According to my father, NOTARY  was valid in the year 1988-89.

 

later on CHS formed but still conveyance deed not yet done...
