Ibm's inhuman treatment towards its employee

I am Damodhar Roshan, was working IBM India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, with an Employee ID: 08803D. Unfortunately I got Brain Stroke on the floor of IBM. Instead of providing me support by my manager  & HR Head Hyd and  company as per company acts. They forcefully took my resignation by harassment, by stopping my pay for six months, by snatching Lap top and my ID card. Manager stated that "I am sacked" when I did not submit the fitness certificate or I was referred to company's doctor. My manager took my user ID & Password and type the matter by himself.

 

IBM internal mails advertise that they are hiring disabled people. Why was I not provided with a alternative job under a Disable category? Why I was not paid compensation? 

 

Now I have to live a disabled life forever. I had no Blood pressure, no diabetic, nor a smoker, I am a sportsman (Football Player), I had no medical problem before joining IBM. The only thing my doctor states is due to high work pressure, I got the brain stroke.

 

I'm looking for a advocate in Secunderabad, who can fight behalf of me and gudia me.

Did you write to the company that your manager forcibly took the id and password and typed the communications from id impersonating you...............?????

 

This is a serious offence and serious charge................................!!!! Email id/password was hacked.........................
