I think I should not give up, and fight against blackmailing, I never take case back, let him suffer ,for everything thing , how he abused me.

Ohkay but you only said that if your parents get to know about this then it's a big problem. Get the print out of all the evidence you have in your cell phone. You would be requiring all those as evidence.

Anybody can accuse anybody of anything at anytime....BUT..that is just ACCUSATION....that doesnot mean it happened.

Unless there is enough evidence/proof, the courts will not agree that the incident happened.  

Accusation without evidence is useless in court of Law.
