My appointment order was signed by a Foreigner and i was appointed. Now after 8 months i had received a termination letter from another Indian person to whom i am not reporting and he is not involved in day today activities of the company. I received my termination order while i was in a training. There is no specific reason given in my termination order. Principle of Natural justice was not followed. When enquired further i was told that the foreigner is not with a proper capacity to take part in the activities of the company but he is operationg with other indian dummy directors as his benami. Pls advice how could i start my actions.
