I am working in L&T Infotech. Our management are try to forced me for resign very illegal manner. They are cutting the Sick leave, PL and other leaves also. IT personnel breaking my password when I am in leave.
But I signed the Bond on 2011. So if I resign then HR people recover the huge amount from my salary and all dues. But there is no proof of threating by the management.
So I joined another company in Delhi/ Noida without submit the resignation to HR.
IS it is legal as per law. Because there is no alternatives
