writ petition

I filed an FIR in robbery case. Few names were omitted in FIR which were informed by me. I was said will add in later investigation. But it was not. So shall I file a writ petition now?

If you have sufficient grounds, you may be bring the matters to the notice of the jurisdictional magistrate.

Writ petition would not be entertain in this aspect.. But concern judicial magistrate have power to alter the charges as well as add accused according to the evidences at any time before judgement.

So concentrate with your case before concern judicial magistrate court
