its hard for to understand and learn most of the sections of indian contract act,
can u give me some suggestions for better learnig skills that helps me to nhance my study level ...
also can u suggest me some good book ....

If you discuss the sections with your classmate as if you both are making contract in the similar situation mentioned in the provision under study, it shall be very helpful to grasp the real sense of that provision.

There are various books in market on contract act and all are good. You can chose as per your convenience and understanding its language etc.
