Can husband transfer dvc case to other district it is munsif court pls reply

Transfer petitions to be filed in High Court for transfers with in the State and for Transfers from One State to Another you have to approach only the Supreme Court. In Family Courts matters the Transfer Petition of Husbands will not be accepted or entertained so easily except on very valid medical grounds.
