I want to file online writ petition at Udaipur district court. Kindly share website and format for online writ petition ,so that I can file it online in prescribed format

HUMBLE REQUEST FOR A FAVOUR FROM YOU ALL AS MY BOSS HAS HIT MY BELLY AND I HAVE LOST MY JOB (LEFT WITH 5 YEARS JOB FOR RETIREMENT ) & MORE THAN 8 LAKH BECAUSE OF NEGATIVE REMARKS FROM MY BOSS ON MY ANNUAL PERFORMANCE

Writ petition cannot be filed in the district court.
You can file a money recovery suit in the district court against the employer

Sir , may I know the procedure and is there any way to file it online at Udaipur session/district court.
Should I file it against company or Boss .If it is against company then should I file it from Pune as our company HO is at Pune OR I can file it from my work location -Udaipur

Thisis a industrial dispute problem. hence you may appraoch the deputy commissioner of labor within the place where you reside.
At that place they will accept the complaint physically in person if you have complied with the correct procedures in this regard

Since I am serving my notice period , I dont want to disclose the name of Organization/Employer/Company.
Once I am out , I will disclose it
