I am qualified Company Secretary doing training in a private company...and also doing LLB from Delhi University (2nd Semester)Is this combination is sufficient for me?................What is the scope of a company secretary with LLB(DU)?.....

as C.S ,u r exposed to co. law,c.s practices and corporate law, ind.&labor law,fin,tax,accts etc..but c.s course does not expose you to indepth knowledge of civil law criminalaw,jurisprudence, international law ,filing suits,court practices ,in sessions/district /high courts etc...
so legal knowledge of ll.b takes you to civil and criminal court practices and procedures .c.s does not do it.
better be equipped with both in this world of competition and global slowdown as your marketability will be very high as well as your visibility and negotiating power.
