Responsibility of minor children in case of death of husband

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 31 March 2019 This query is : Resolved
Dear friends, I want to know-
the woman after death of her husband (widow) having 4 children, wants to remarry with any widower/ divorcee man who is having his own 2 children. As per the hindu law, will he (husband) be responsible for all 6 children and whether children of former husband will get rights in his property?? There is no written agreement to prove the arrangement and custody of 4 children is not being accepted by any relatives of couple. Please comment with respect to orphans rights and responsibilities of relatives etc.

If both agree to take care of all the 6 children together during their lifetime and give equal share to each of the child irrespective of the biological parentage of these after their death, then nothing else required for the whole family.
What they agree can be made into individual Wills of both where in event of their death each of the child get equal share in the property of the deceased parent.
What the other family relatives think should not be taken seriously by them they should think of themselves and their children only.

Both of them may adopt children of other spouse for granting benefit of equal share in their property.
