Registration of house

sir,
i am willing to buy a house in my name.
please inform me what documents and details are to be produced at the time of registration and the proofs to be submitted by me.please kindly inform me about the procedure.

All parent document and sale deed, witness 2, with stamp duty.

Apart from the things suggested by Mr. Ali, you have to take E.C from the SRO and shall also give a caution notice in the local paper. I suggest you to contact a local Advocate for better guidance.

Am agree with experts. And now a days the buyer and seller have to produce their any one valid identity card. Its mandatory.

Apart from the learned members advise, it is better to publish in the local news paper calling for objections from the person who have got interest over the house. Everything will be cleared.

Apart from the experts' opinion, the following is suggested:-

In some areas the assigned land is also being sold and the registration departments are doing registration. As per rules assigned land shall not be sold. Therefore, please check whether the house is constructed on the assigned land or not. If it is constructed on the assigned land do not buy it.
