Any meaningful suggestion requires that the documents be seen. Moreover, you have not posted the real issue, if any.

The other party - probably the Trust - may not be able to sell the common pathway without tampering the revenue records with the help of officials.

Take a copy of the sketch of the plots from the revenue office/survey department to know the current status of the pathway in the revenue records.

Show the documents (sale deeds) to a local lawyer for better appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.

Your registered doc. in 1976 appears a the oldest one with a common lane. The doc. registered by trust stated to be 2003. Your right can not be taken away. However you can obtain certified copy of registered sale deed and contest with registering authorities about change in the master plan and revenue authorities to enforce your right including cancellation of the registered sale deed if your claim is right. Alternatively approach with all documents necessary for right advise and further action with a legal expert on property matters of your region.
