My name is harish my grand father has made a registered will on the of my father a bit property. Whether my grand father has rights to cancell it or not

your grand father can make the present registered Will defunct by revoking it and writing a new "Last Will and Testament" and getting it Registered by way of abundant caution. He can only brqueath those properties to which he holds a valid title.
