Please help and save my job

(Querist) 19 September 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I am working in Public Sector, of Steel Plant. Recently in 498A case I got conviction by lower court. I am going for appeal and for taking the stay order against the Lower court. I want to know following things:-
1. As per the court order can Management terminate to me from the job?
2. What are the procedures I should adopt then I can save my job?
3. There is any judgment of HC or SC that when I have gone for Appeal for appellant court then management can not remove or suspend from service.

So please help me on this matter it is very urgent for me because it is the question of my bread and butter.

1- Yes.
2-file application for suspention of conviction in appeal. If conviction has suspended,then U will save.
3-it is business of ur advocate.

Yes but you could save yourself if the court stay the sentence as well at the time of admitting the appeal.

Your conviction gives you right to appeal, hence the safe guard lies in filing the appeal and getting the stay for suspension of conviction as soon as possible,that is the only way to save your job.
