Sir I run a online job placement an resume writing service to costumers on paid. And service I given upto 45 days, bu Costumer after getting services and asking for refund. Sir he is saying to file case or fir. I had not given any refundable mail. And all terms an conditions are mentioned on my website with disclaimer. Sir please what I have to do because he gave me time for 3 days only for refund.

If the service contract does not say abut refund and there is no element of cheating in your conduct then no such can lie.
Negotiate with the aggrieved person.
In future be careful in your service and the contents of agreement.

My work is to give them service and fix interview venue and time. After giving him service after 20 days hi refused to go and ask for refund, and resume writing service also had been given but he is saying I don't want any service only want refund otherwise fir will be filled against consultancy . Costumer is of other state, so please legally guide me what I have to do if such happen from his side. All information, terms and conditions are mentioned on our website and we also mailed him this policy and will not refund. What I have to do . Thanks

He can not file an FIR.. if he files a complaint with the police station, the police might call you. In such case visit the police station along with the copy of the terms and disclaimer along with you. And don't worry.. try to avoid such things in future.

The clauses of the agreement has to be referred, if any case filed consult local lawyer.

As a professional service provider, try to avoid such incidents, it spoils reputation of the concern.
