If you have evidence of her qualifications and job profile, produce it in court to defend your case for not allowing her any maintenance under 125 Cr. P. C otherwise forget any order in your favor.
Mere mention of her qualifications will not serve your purpose if she's unemployed and has no means to maintain herself you as husband are supposed to provide maintenance to her its your responsibility.
