State your real problem, not a question in academic style.

I want to know that the only signatory of cheque is liable in a partnership firm or other partners are also liable as my partner has given cheque without my knowledge .
Guest (Expert) 29 November 2014
The information is still incomplete to the extent whether the account is in the name of the firm or the individual signatory. However, if issued from the account belonging to the firm or to meet with the liability for and on behalf of a firm, all the partners are liable for dishonoured cheque, not merely the signatory.

The cheque was issued from the firm account
Shailesh Kr. Shah (Expert) 29 November 2014
In case of partnership, all partners are jointly as well as severally liable for act/omission of the firm.
Guest (Expert) 29 November 2014
When cheque was issued from the firm account, all the partners can be held responsible for the dishonour of cheque, not merely the signatory of the cheque. No escape for other partners.
