what is the effect of compromise in a cheque bounce case on cheque amount on a recovery case filed on the same cheque with added bank interest?

in that case the person whose cheque has bounced is required to inform the learned court as well as give in writing that he wants to clear and compromise the matter with the other party.

Once compromise out of court; & recd money, Get Withdrawal Application signed by complaintant, with fact of Receipt of amount and produce : Court will allow the withdrawal of suit and complaint.

The author to my mind is stating that if BOTH criminal complaint as well as Civil suit cases are going on for the same(cheque bounce) cause of action,what would be the effect on civil case if criminal complaint
gets compromised?
And if i have correctly understood the facts
then to answer your query i need you to speak about all terms of compromise arrived at.

consent terms must be mentioning that civil suit filed would be with drawn as complainant has received the cheque amount
