Dear sir mere dadaji ki 8 akar Jamin hai.dadaji ka dehantvas 15 yrs pahale ho gaya hai.dadaji ke 3 bete or 3 betiya hai.dadaji ki Jamin per according to papper bade papa jo ab nahi rahe ke bete or beti, mere papa, or unkale jo nahi rahe ke bete betiyo ka hai.
Mere papa Bahno ko bhi equal Hissa dilana chahate hai per baki log nahi
to kya karna hoga. Bade papa ke bete betiyo ne batvara ke liye tehsil me aavedan diya hai.

If Hindu, the property of dadaji. if expired without will, would be inherited by dadi ji (Grand mother), all his sons and daughters (uncles and aunts and your father) equally. Till your Buas (sisters of your father) does not relinquish their right through registered deed, they can claim share.

Aapko ye dekhna chahiye ki us avedan me aapke dada ji ke sabhi varis parties bnaye gye hain ya nhi aur agar koi chhod diya gya hai to usko banwane ki darkhast dijiye.

Aapke dada ji ke pas veh property kaha se aaee thee iska record bhi niklwana hoga tehsil se hi aur agar aapke dada ji ki veh jaddi jaydad thee aur aapke dada ji 2005 se pehle mre honge to aapki buwa ji ko brabar ka hissa nhi milega.
