Do any government forensic labs undertake signature& thump impression comparison for a fee, when it is applied by an individual for comparing disputed document with admitted document.
I need the expert report for appealing in supreme court

India has 25 State and 4 Central Government Forensic Science Laboratories.
3 GEQD labs under Central Government and 6 SEQD labs under State Governments.
CFPB under Central Government and 25 State FP Bureaus.

Individuals cannot approach the forensic science laboratories to resolve their internal, personal or family matters – unless they approach the police in criminal cases or courts in civil cases.

Yes, You can take opinion from Private Handwriting Expert and then file it in court, its having equivalent value in court.

You can also submit request for opinion in Govt. Lab though Court or Police only.
