Fir - adding additional information

I filed an FIR last year for which cybercrime has determined the culprit. Now based on cybercrime report, now I can suspect more people whom I know.

I would like to formally add those people into FIR now. How do I add this new information in the FIR.

Further names if proved during investigation by the pklice May be added while filing chargesheet in the court. If police finds evidence during investigation that some other persons are also the accused they may added as accused in the chargesheet.

During investigation, if police finds other names, it can add. you can inform police.

You furnish their involvement in the crime the Police in course of investigation can add them as co-accused person.
Else you have to lodge fresh complaint against them.
