hello,i am from maharashtra.my grandpa's father was taking care of land in 1950 and as per maharashtra governments rule his name was in 7/12 until 1970,but in1970 after death of my grandapas father landowner forced to my grandpa to remove his name from land record 7/12.and that land sold to mining company.what shall i do now?as per maharashtra government labour family law we also have right for compensation.what do i do now?
