Respected seniors,

I have filed Criminal M.P petition for attachment of arrears of Rs 14,000/- against the respondent, who is employee in S.C.Co.Ltd, after knowing the same he was rezined to his job. The said petition is pending before J.F.C.M court, my query is what steps should be taken against the respondent?

you can recover the same from the other property of the respondent.Give details of the other property to the court.

Generally once the report of IO returns then the petitioner can pray for issuance of arrest warrant.

The procedure is laid down in this provision itself. If no execution is possible then such respondent an be sent in jail for month against a default of one month and so on.

On default by the respondent to pay arrears on the date of hearing request the court to arrest the respondent.
