Wife left my home 1 year back saying that she will return in 2-3 days but after a week in laws started threatening for domestic violence. They sent legal notice asking very heavy maintenance for herself and 2 years old son.
I replied with legal notice to come back.
Now wife has filed RCR .
I am ready to stay with her but she is putting conditions like to get separated from 70 year old mother and give money to her Every month. Her conditions are not acceptable to me but I want to save marriage.
What should I do?

Let her get decree of RCR, that will not make any difference. As far monthly maintenance for wife and child is concerned that you have to pay based on your income and financial status as well financial status of your wife.
The divorce proceedings are not so easy to get unless you both agree for divorce by mutual consent by paying her huge sum of money that may not be easy for you to give.
